Prescriptions for long-term medications can be reordered quickly and easily without the need for an additional visit to the practice. The existing prescription is issued to the e-card with a single click and can then be conveniently collected from the pharmacy. Appointments can also be booked online quickly and easily. The online services offered by Dr. Marianne Langfischer’s practice make visiting the doctor particularly flexible. This is especially convenient for working professionals, university students, and school students, as appointments can be scheduled online at any time and prescriptions can be requested in advance. This helps keep travel and waiting times to a minimum, allowing medical appointments to fit smoothly into everyday life.

Reception is usually the first point of contact in our practice. This is where we answer questions, organize procedures and ensure that patients feel well looked after right from the start.
Friendly and respectful treatment is particularly important to us. Our bright, quiet waiting room invites you to take a deep breath - even short waiting times should be pleasant.
The area for taking blood samples is deliberately designed to be quiet. We accompany every examination with care, experience and empathy. Our practice rooms also offer a protected atmosphere for discussions, examinations and treatments - modern equipment, discreet and quiet, so that patients feel completely at ease.

Is it possible to obtain a sick leave certificate by phone or online?
A sick leave certificate cannot currently be issued by telephone, as this is not permitted under the regulations of the health insurance provider. Please visit the practice in person on the first day of your illness or, if the illness begins on a weekend or public holiday, on the first working day thereafter. If your general condition does not allow you to come to the practice, please notify us by submitting the General Enquiry form and let us know about your illness. You should then attend the practice in person as soon as your condition allows.
Can a fit note (return-to-work confirmation) also be submitted online?
How does prescription reordering work?
To reorder a prescription, simply complete the "Prescription Reorder" Fill in the form and enter all required data. After successful submission, the prescription will be released to your e-card within 2 days. Afterwards, the prescription can be redeemed at the pharmacy using your e-card. Every 90 days, we require your original e-card at the practice; otherwise, it is not possible to issue an electronic prescription.
What information is required to reorder a prescription?
Your social insurance number and date of birth are required to process your request.
How long is a repeat prescription for long-term medication valid?
Prescriptions for long-term medications can be redeemed within 30 days of being issued.
Which health insurance providers are accepted?
Patients with all statutory health insurance providers as well as private health insurance are welcome.

When are blood tests available?
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:00 and 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
